We know that sometimes you may want to call out of hours, which is why we will give our clients a mobile number, so you can call or text whenever you need to. We know that communication is key to a great relationship, so we will schedule a weekly call to keep you updated on all marketing.

How We Market
We use Rightmove, Primelocation and Zoopla for the best possible exposure of your property online. We also use Facebook advertising with targeted campaigns to gain even more. Maximum exposure online ensures that your property is seen by Mainland and Island buyers alike. Local magazines, our prominent window display and local business websites as well as our own website work 24 hours a day to show your property to potential purchasers and tenants. We will give advice on house dressing and how to make your house sell itself. Small changes can make all the difference to the way your home is presented. This all helps you to achieve the best possible price. We use a mix of videography and high quality photography to show potential purchasers the best parts of the property before they even call for a viewing. All the photographs will be sent to you prior to marketing so you can pick your favourites.
We are happy to arrange accompanied viewings 7 days a week and we are on call 8am til 8pm to potential purchasers and tenants. We like to give you any feedback on the property on the same day, so that you know exactly what is going on. You will be able to call us any time to discuss any part of the sales progression via our mobile number. We will talk to the buyers or tenants to ensure that you are kept up to date in every way, and make the sale as smooth and stress free as possible.
