Contractor Maintenance Prevention Service
Includes property visits, inspections and property MOT. This is a yearly cost, by professional contractors.
Legal Compliance Checks
Gas Safety Certificate - a yearly requirement for any rented property with gas.
Energy Performance Certificate - a ten yearly requirement for any property for rent or sale.
Property Condition Checks
Inventory - a non-requirement for rented property but advised as a precaution against future deposit disputes.
Check Out - a non-requirement for rented property but advised for potential deposit disputes .
Updates - should any works be performed at the property, it is advised to update the inventory.
Other Safety Checks
Legionella Risk Assessment - advised to ensure due diligence. 2 yearly if required.
Fixed Wiring Test - advised to ensure full electrical safety.
Portable Appliance Test - advised for any electrical appliances left in the property.
